Enjoy a relaxing stay in this quiet villa in Binibeca, just a short 5-minute walk from the beach. Unwind in the garden porch at sunset, swim in the private pool, or enjoy a BBQ. Features a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), and 3 bedrooms with free A/C and WiFi.

Cot and high chair included; extra sets 5€/night. Towels and bed linen included. Kitchen and bathroom basics not provided.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Binibeca is the perfect destination in every way. Although it’s a tourist area, it’s also quiet and peaceful. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, you’ll find everything you need to enjoy a wonderful break. There are restaurants, bars, a supermarket, a diving centre, and places to hire kayaks, paddleboards and bicycles. You can visit the charming fishing village to take some lovely photographs. For a very different experience, you can visit the Binifadet winery in the village of Sant Luis, just 5 kilometres from Binibeca. If you’re feeling curious, don’t miss out on trying their wine gums. Just 9 kilometres from the airport and 10 kilometres from Mahón, the island’s main town, where you can stroll along its magnificent harbour, dine in one of its restaurants, go shopping or enjoy lively evenings on one of its terraces.

"This villa is in a great location! Walking distance from little supermarket, bakery and Binibeca beach. We did use our car but it is like 2mins by car 10 mins walk. The beach is beautiful and perfect for kids as very shallow. The pool area had everything we needed, including shower next to it. Lots of pool towels which was great!
If you want simple and easy villa close to the beach, then we would recommend."

Villa could do with Air Conditioning in lounge. We left bedroom doors open to circulate the cold air.
Outside furniture and cushions well used and could do with replacing.
10 minutes walk to beach, restaurants, supermarket and bakery."

"The villa suited our family of 6 adults and one 4 month old baby. We were comfortable, and the space around the villa was peaceful and spacious. The pool was spotless and we enjoyed using it each day as well as the local beach, which is within walking distance.
The en-suite is due an upgrade and the kitchen(the oven was a bit old), but otherwise everything else was great for us. Communication from the agent was excellent and when we had a slight problem with our toaster, she replaced it immediately. She was also very helpful with recommendations. I would recommend the villa for a mixed ages family holiday."

"Our family of 3 passed a wonderful 10 day stay in the villa. The communication from the host is really reactive and friendly, replying within minutes to any question. The house itself is wonderful, well decorated, great layout and lots of storage space. We arrived with the warm weather so the pool was used everyday as soon as we woke up. The surrounding restaurants/minimarket and beach give you everything you need just a few steps away. We were so sad to leave and felt at home, thank you for the wonderful stay ❤️"
