Villa Abril - moderna villa a solo 400 mts de la playa

"We had such a lovely stay. This was our first holiday with our baby and we felt so at home.
The villa had all the amenities we needed. The outdoor area was perfect, although the pool was a little bit chilly. The villa was easy to find and the instructions provided were simple. The only slight hassle if you have a car is that you have to unlock and lock the side gate each time you want to get the car.
Yes you are under the flight path and yes there is no way you can ignore the aeroplanes as they go directly over the villa. They didn’t bother us personally as they tended to start at 7am with the last plane around 9pm.
The local area is so lovely and peaceful. There are some lovely cove areas where the water is stunning. There are a couple of restaurants in walking distance and I recommend the Mona Lisa for coffee.
3villas have been so friendly and responsive. Overall we would absolutely go back and would recommend this villa. Advise hiring a car to see the island even more."

"Our Villa Manager was extremely helpful and responsive. The villa was beautiful, spacious, and well‑equipped, with a thoughtful welcome gift of Serrano ham, breadsticks, and a cleaning kit. The lower ground‑floor bedroom didn’t have air conditioning, so it was a little stuffy, but the fan helped. Grounds maintenance visited three times and the cleaning team once; all staff were friendly and efficient. Some tiles at the bottom of the pool did come loose during our stay. The small local beach is just a 5‑minute walk away—lovely and quiet, though rocky in the water, so water shoes are useful. The area is peaceful, but a nearby supermarket would have been convenient. There’s also a great cliff‑jumping spot close by. We would definitely use 3 Villas again but maybe in a slightly busier area."

The furniture was a little dated, especially in bedrooms.

"Endroit sympathique, très calme avec de beaux spots aux alentours, proche de Mahon. Seul bémol c’est que la piscine n’est pas chauffé et donc un peu fraîche mais sinon rien à dire. Amanda était très réactive au moindre problème. Toute l’équipe 3villa est très dévoué, je les recommande vivement. Je reviendrais sans aucune hésitation."

"Beautiful villa, absolutely perfect for 4 of us and our 1 year old. We were quite worried about the planes after reading reviews before we arrived but they didn’t bother us at all. Our boy loved pointing up at them whenever they went over us and they didn’t fly over late. The outside area is perfect, lovely clean pool, lots of different areas to sit and with a sea view. We honestly couldn’t have wished for a better stay and the team were so helpful and accommodating to all of our requests. Thanks for a wonderful stay!"

"Der Terassenbereich war mit diversen unterschiedlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten ausgestattet, sowohl zum essen als auch zum entspannen in der Sitzlounge. Der Pool war von einer guten Größe, leider war er zu unserer Reisezeit zu kalt, um ihn wirklich nutzen zu können. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und es gab genug und vor allem nicht abgezähltes Geschirr und Co..Der Gläserschrank war nicht ganz ideal, da er eher einem Kleiderschrank glich.Die Erwachsenenschlafzimmer waren super und auch mit großen Kleiderschränken ausgestattet. Das Kinderschlafzimmer wirkte etwas zusammen gewürfelt, soll heißen unterschiedliche Betten und Schränke die nicht zusammen passten.Praktisch waren zwei Badezimmer, für zwei Familien perfekt.Wir hatten auf jeden Fall eine wunderschöne Woche in dem Haus mit toller Lage und man konnte von der Terasse auch ein wenig Meer sehen."
