Magnificent Villa Luminosa- private pool and views

"Lovely modern villa in a great location, a few minutes walk from the quaint marina, and within a short drive of a number of nice beaches and walks. Communication was great, and check-in straightforward. The villa inside was spotless with a good range of utensils. The pool is a good size and great for swimming. Some of the outdoor furniture could do with updating, but it's functional and didn't impact our enjoyable stay."

"Beautiful villa, great pool and other amenities. The villa is in a great location if you're looking for quiet family break, has a supermarket and restaurant within a 5 mins walk and is a short drive from some amazing beaches. In addition, as a host, 3Villas were super responsive and very helpful which made for a really enjoyable stay....we'll be back!"

"We had such a lovely week at Villa Luminosa. The house was spacious and clean. We loved all the various seating areas and the pool was fantastic. The kids spent hours playing in it. The view was beautiful and the location was great. We had such a relaxing, peaceful week away from the crowds but close enough to enjoy the local restaurants and not feel cut off. The shop at the top of the road provided everything we needed and we enjoyed walking there in the mornings to get fresh warm pastries and baguettes.
Perfect family holiday!"

"We had a great stay at the villa. Very positive aspects:

- easy parking and you are practically in the house in 10 seconds
- comfy beds and pillows
- kitchen has everything
- welcome pack was present plus some nice and practical things already there (detergents, oil, salt, spices, hand soap)
- lots of privacy
- quiet area
- bathrooms and air con in every room
- five minutes drive from beach
- nicely sized pool
- supermarket 5 minutes walk away
- bathroom in every room"

"Property description did not indicate the amount of steps at the property and would have been an issue with young children or people with mobility issues"

"Had the most wonderful time staying here. Right from the initial booking the team was very communicative. They sent great recommendations for activities to do in Menorca. The villa was easy to find and was exactly like the photos, a really lovely house. The area is really peaceful, there is a beach about 30 minutes walk, and a supermarket with restaurants about 3 minutes walk round the corner from the villa with all the essentials. The house itself was clean and tidy with all essential cooking equipment. The pool was absolutely amazing, not heated but it was not too cold, and very refreshing on a hot day. Although in a residential area, you feel like you have your own private space and it was very relaxing staying here. The management team were very friendly and always quick to respond if we needed anything :) thank you for the best time"

"Positive: L'emplacement, la qualité de l'equipement pour cuisiner, la literie, la piscine. Superbe maison.
Negative: La télévision est trop petite, complexe et grésille. Elle mérite d'être changée. Mais s'il fait beau, aucune importance! 😆"

"Maison spacieuse
Hôte très réactif et flexible sur le créneau du départ"
