Perfect for families, this quiet single-story villa sits on a large plot just a 5-minute walk from the sea. The private pool features a safety fence. Enjoy the BBQ porch and the sea-view terrace. Inside, find a full kitchen, living room, 2 bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms (1 en-suite).

Cot and high chair included; extra sets 5€/night. Towels and bed linen included. Kitchen and bathroom basics not provided.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Binibeca is the perfect destination in every way. Although it’s a tourist area, it’s also quiet and peaceful. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, you’ll find everything you need to enjoy a wonderful break. There are restaurants, bars, a supermarket, a diving centre, and places to hire kayaks, paddleboards and bicycles. You can visit the charming fishing village to take some lovely photographs. For a very different experience, you can visit the Binifadet winery in the village of Sant Luis, just 5 kilometres from Binibeca. If you’re feeling curious, don’t miss out on trying their wine gums. Just 9 kilometres from the airport and 10 kilometres from Mahón, the island’s main town, where you can stroll along its magnificent harbour, dine in one of its restaurants, go shopping or enjoy lively evenings on one of its terraces.

"Sehr schönes Haus in privater Lage mit angenehm warmen Pool. Das Haus war groß genug für 6 Personen und hatte alles was man benötigt. Sehr gut war auch, dass man beim Frühstück im Schatten sitzen kann. Alle Zimmer haben Klimaanlagen damit man die warmen Temperaturen aushält. Die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war ausgezeichnet und extrem nett. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf alle Fälle empfehlen."

"Logement idéal pour une famille. Il y a tout se qu'il faut. Proche plage et petit commerce à pieds. La maison répond à toutes nos attentes par rapport au descriptif. Draps de lit, de bain et de piscine à disposition, et même les parasols pour la plage. Carmen est une interlocutrice de qualité, très réactive et de bon conseil pour des sorties bateau, resto ou autres. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement."

The local amenities were just enough for our family.
Maybe there could be some marking on the edge of the steps down to the pool,the tiles are lovely but all the same colour so you can’t quite see where the egde is!
On the whole great villa and would recommend 👍🏻"

"We verbleven er eind april, vlak voor het echte seizoen opent op Menorca. Daardoor erg rustig nog overal. We zijn er 10 dagen geweest. We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. De ruimte was schoon en netjes. Het grootste pluspunt is het buiten gedeelte: erg fijne zithoek, eetgedeelte, fijn zwembad! Alle faciliteiten waren aanwezig voor een gezin met jonge kids. Enkele gebreken bij aankomst zijn direct opgelost waardoor we er verder geen hinder van hebben ondervonden. Communicatie verliep heel goed. Hartelijk dank!! We hebben een top vakantie gehad."
