We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.
The port of Addaia is a quiet residential area that has been established along a natural harbour and has all the necessary services for your holidays: restaurants, supermarket, public transport, etc. Very close to the beach of Arenal d’en Castell, one of the biggest beaches of the island with a circular shape, where you can also find a lot of entertainment and services.

Exclusive Use: The entire main villa, the private swimming pool, the BBQ area, and all main terraces are for your exclusive use only. The owners will not use these facilities while guests are present.
Privacy: The owners’ area is tucked away in a specific part of the garden which is not accessible to guests, ensuring both parties have their own private space.
Assistance: Having the owners nearby can be a great advantage if you need any local recommendations :))
