Sobre esta propiedad

Enjoy peace and privacy in this beautiful single-story villa. Perfect for a relaxing getaway in a quiet area, it features a cool air-conditioned living room, 4 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms (one with a bathtub, one with a shower). A comfortable home designed for rest.

Cot and high chair included; extra sets 5€/night. Towels and bed linen included. Kitchen and bathroom basics not provided.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Son Parc is one of the best tourist areas on the island. It has all the services and entertainment. Restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, shops, bike rental, pharmacy, public transport, etc.
It also has a magnificent golf course that also has a restaurant and tennis courts.
As for the beach, its length is more than 200 meters of fine sand, and its crystalline and shallow waters make it ideal for families with small children.
Just 9km from the coastal town of Fornells, where you can practice all kinds of water sports or rent boats in addition to tasting their famous lobster stews.

"My friends, my wife, our two babies and I stayed here for a week.

We loved Son Parc—the area is very quiet, and the beach, shops, and restaurants are a 15–20 minute walk away.

The property was a good size and matched the pictures. It was well-stocked with cooking utensils, so we cooked a lot, though we did buy basics like coffee, milk, and kitchen roll.

The bedrooms only have mobile fans, but leaving the doors open allowed the living room AC to cool them down during the evening.

We knew about the nearby construction beforehand, and apart from that, the area was peaceful.

We had a great stay, would definitely return to the area, and highly appreciate the 3 Villas being so helpful throughout!"
