Binibeca is the perfect destination in every way. Although it’s a tourist area, it’s also quiet and peaceful. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, you’ll find everything you need to enjoy a wonderful break. There are restaurants, bars, a supermarket, a diving centre, and places to hire kayaks, paddleboards and bicycles. You can visit the charming fishing village to take some lovely photographs. For a very different experience, you can visit the Binifadet winery in the village of Sant Luis, just 5 kilometres from Binibeca. If you’re feeling curious, don’t miss out on trying their wine gums. Just 9 kilometres from the airport and 10 kilometres from Mahón, the island’s main town, where you can stroll along its magnificent harbour, dine in one of its restaurants, go shopping or enjoy lively evenings on one of its terraces.

Binibeca is situated on the southeast coast of Menorca. With a beautiful white sandy beach and a wide variety of villas with swimming pool, it is an ideal destination for a relaxing luxury holiday with family, or between friends.

The buildings are low rise and there is hardly a small hotel, so most homes are private homes and villas delight in the menorquean charm and style , surrounded by well-kept gardens and swimming pools.

On the other hand, the location offers everything that our clients may require for a comfortable stay: several well stocked small supermarkets with daily newspapers and fresh bread, open every day of the week, as well as several good fresh fish, tapas and daily menu restaurants and a number of bars that indulge in the quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

In the nearby beach of Punta Prima you will find the nearest pharmacy; although at a 5 minute drive is the village Sant Lluis, the commercial and administrative centre of the area, with a variety of services (banks, petrol station, supermarkets and an assortment of shops, pharmacy, health centre …).

For a long stay and wider selection of both designer labels and locally made craft goods, you will find a lot of quality supermarkets in Sant Lluis and Mahon area.

As a curiosity, around this area you will often see ‘Bini’ used in villas and places names reflecting the Moorish occupation: Bini means ‘belonging to the son of…’ from Ben Arabic for son.

Just a mile from the beach is the FISHERMEN’S VILLAGE OF BINIBECA VELL, one of the most charming and famous sites of the island: small white houses, a tiny church, a number of arches of Arab influences, narrow streets and a port where recreational boats swing lazily.
