We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.
Binibeca is a perfect area in every way. Although it is a tourist area, it also offers calm and tranquillity. Perfect for tourism with family or friends, you will find all the facilities to enjoy a wonderful holiday.
There are restaurants, bars, supermarket, diving centre, kayak, paddle surf and bicycle rental. Just two kilometres from the Splash Sur Menorca water park.
You can visit the charming fishing village to take some beautiful pictures.
As a very different experience, you can visit the Binifadet winery located in the village of Sant Luis, just 5 kilometres from Binibeca. As a curiosity, don’t forget to try their wine gummies.
Just 9 kilometres from the airport and 10 from Mahón, the island’s main town, where you can stroll around its magnificent port, eat in one of its restaurants, go shopping or enjoy evenings of entertainment on one of its terraces.

"We have stayed in many villas in binibeca and this is one of the nicest. Also unusual amount of out door space for dining with additions terrace and table over the external outdoor seating area on the ground floor and lots of space around the pool. Bedrooms well sized and beds comfortableI. Bathrooms all nice. For is it was a very last minute booking so were even more delighted to have got such a great villa at short notice.
Would highly recommend, but we also got it for a great price as it last week of the season which made it a great stay for us."

"Enjoyable stay in relaxed surroundings.
Positive: Well equiped kitchen and living accommodation. Good size pool set in a large garden. Plenty of outside space for dining and relaxing.
Negative: BBQ was tired and rusty. the control buttons came away and didn't do anything. Thought it was unsafe so didn't use it."

"Great villa in a wonderful location.
We loved our stay here as a family with two young children. The pool was the highlight for the children. Do note that on the upper terrace there is a storage box with an abundance of inflatables which we didn’t discover until a few days in.
The area itself is beautiful with a relaxed pace. The local restaurants are easily walkable within 5 minutes. Also an outstanding Thai restaurant close by which we did also walk to (note it is advisable to book).
The villa was spacious, spotless with all facilities we could possibly need including effective air conditioning throughout.
I highly recommend this villa."
