Enjoy authentic Menorca away from the large and bustling tourist centers. Cot and high chair included; extra sets 5€/night. Towels and bed linen included. Kitchen and bathroom basics not provided.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Fornells is an old fishing village located on the north coast of Menorca around which a real tourist attraction has developed, for its charm, its coast and above all for its famous lobster stew. It is also a perfect place to practice water sports as it has sailing and windsurfing schools.

In Fornells and its surroundings you can visit the following places of interest: Castle of San Antonio Church of San Antonio Abad Hermitage of Lourdes Cape Cavalleria Coves and beaches of Fornells The Tower of Fornells Tower of the island of Ses Sargantanes

"Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience regarding my personal belongings after checking out of the apartment.
I accidentally left a small blue leather pouch in the apartment. Inside it were a key with two keyrings attached, as well as several other personal items. I contacted the agency as soon as I realised that I had left it behind.
After checking the apartment, they sent me a photo of the key and told me that the cleaners had found only the key. However, the key was inside my pouch and had two keyrings attached to it, so I find it very difficult to understand how the key could have been found while the pouch, the two keyrings and all the other personal belongings were not.
I contacted the agency again and explained this clearly. Unfortunately, their response was simply that the cleaners continued to insist that they had found only the key. Very disappointing handling of a situation involving personal belongings."

"C'est la seconde fois que nous nous rendons dans un logement géré par 3Villas et encore une fois nous n'avons pas été déçus.
Le logement correspond parfaitement à la description, il est propre et très bien équipé.
Merci à Carmen pour sa réactivité lorsque le grille pain nous a lâché. 😅
Ce petit problème a été résolu en moins de 2h.

Emplacement top.
Hôte très arrangeant et disponible.
Petit bémol pour les personnes au sommeil léger : bruit intermittent faible mais présent venant de l'appartement du dessus qui s'entend dans les chambres et qui ne peut visiblement pas être arrêté.
Mis à part cela c'était une très bonne location."

"Logement super, Fornells est une ville très agréable. L'insonorisation n'est pas optimale et on entendait bien les gens d'au dessus mais ce sont des personnes âgés, qui parlent certes fort, mais qui n'étaient là que le weekend."

"The apartment was as described, a 2-minute walk from the center and from a walkroad just near the sea. I had a problem with the heater during my stay, and the hosts took immediate action to resolve it, even though it was a Sunday. Much appreciated!"

"Wir haben die Lage geliebt, der Ausblick von der Terrasse war traumhaft, die Nähe zum Ort, kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vorm Haus. Die Wohnung war schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Sitzgelegenheit in der Wohnstube könnte erneuert werden, sehr niedrig, unbequem und kurz vorm kaputt gehen.
Im kleinen Schlafzimmer lag viel Staub auf dem Ventilator.
Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
