We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Fornell is an old fishing village located on the north coast of Menorca around which a real tourist attraction has developed, due to its charm, its coastline and above all for its famous lobster stew.
It is also a perfect place to practice water sports as it has sailing and wind surfing schools.

"Despite the fact that their house is old, the place is generally dusty. The shower is broken.. the drainage doesn’t work.. there are many cockroaches, mosquitoes, and spiders. The house has stinky smell, the kitchen is lack of many things, the stove is not working well… the hanging bed is not really secured for sleeping. Overall, the house needs a lot of renovation."

"The location was excellent and very convenient. We really loved the style and design of the house – it had a unique character and felt very welcoming. The host was extremely responsive and answered our questions very quickly, which made everything easy and stress-free. There is plenty of parking space right in front of the property, with enough room for two or even three cars, which was very convenient. Access to and from the property was easy, and everything was well organized. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it to others."

"Great apartment in a beautiful town
Positive: We had a terrific stay at Fornells in this apartment! It is really spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished. You have a very nice view right from your big terrace. Especially Fornells is a really pretty, small town but has a lot to offer, you should check it out!
I want to point out that the service of the host was amazing, we had a few requests and some issues concerning the Wi-Fi and water supply and everything was managed wonderfully.
Negative: The security deposit took a long time to be recognized beforehand and refunded afterwards, but everything worked in the end."
