Enjoy your holidays at this centrally located apartment in Arenal d’en Castell, just 300 meters from the beach. It features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a terrace with stunning sea views. Relax in the communal swimming pool, which also includes a paddling pool for children. Perfect location with all amenities at hand. Cot and high chair included; extra sets 5€/night. Towels and bed linen included. Kitchen and bathroom basics not provided.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Arenal d’en Castell is a perfect area to enjoy holidays with family or friends as it has all the facilities and services, restaurants, supermarkets, pubs, water sports, entertainment for children and a beautiful long beach where you can take quiet walks along its fine sand.
Situated only 15 minutes drive from the Son Park golf course and the same distance from the bay of Fornells where you can enjoy one of its famous “lobster stews”.
Mahon, the main town of the island, is only 20 kilometres away. Restaurants, shops, strolls around its magnificent harbour and pleasant evenings on its terraces make it an indispensable visit of your holiday.

"Vraiment dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de climatisation, les nuits sont très chaudes. Il y a des restaurants aux alentours qui sont très bruyants (karaoké). Le tarif est cher par rapport à d’autres logements mieux équipés et mieux placés pour en avoir fait plusieurs à Minorque."

"Positive: Tout ! La vue est incroyable 😻 l’emplacement est top, il y’a la mer, les bars et resto à deux minutes. L’appartement est spacieux et beau, ça sent très bon. Et cerise sur le gâteau avec la piscine
Negative: Il faudrait juste rajouter un petit meuble directement dans la douche pour mettre schampoing et gel douche mais sinon rien à dire"

Negative: El lavabo es muy justo y la ducha no traga el agua bien. Os recomendaría mejorar el desagüe porque ducharse sin que el agua saliera por debajo la puerta se convirtió en una pesadilla."

Appartement lumineux, propre, avec une vue magnifique sur la baie.

"Hem passat 7 dies a l'apartament i hem estat molt bé.
La terrassa molt aprofitable amb vistes magnífiques al mar i amb ombra que permet dinars, sopars o simplement descansar.
La piscina està molt bé i tot i ser juliol s'està còmode sense molta aglomeració de gent.
S'han avisat alguns detalls a l'amfitrió de l'apartament que no estaven bé amb contestació positiva per part seva (desguàs de la dutxa i aixeta de la cuina fluixa).
Tot i que no constava a l'equipament de l'apartament es troba a faltar una rentadora sobretot si en una estada d'una setmana no pots rentar ni esbandir tovalloles o banyadors quan tornes de la piscina o de la platja que sempre agafen sorra.
