Ideally located near the sailing school and local restaurants, offering a peaceful atmosphere and comfort in one of Menorca’s most scenic spots.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Fornell is an old fishing village located on the north coast of Menorca around which a real tourist attraction has developed, due to its charm, its coastline and above all for its famous lobster stew.
It is also a perfect place to practice water sports as it has sailing and wind surfing schools.

Positive: Minorca ci è piaciuta molto, in particolare Fornells e la costa nord. La zona è bellissima e ideale per escursioni, kayak e sport acquatici. Minorca ci è piaciuta molto, in particolare Fornells e la costa nord. Nelle immediate vicinanze della casa non c’è però una spiaggia particolarmente bella per fare il bagno. Molto comodo il piccolo negozio accanto: ben fornito per le sue dimensioni e con ottimi prodotti da forno per la colazione.
Negative: A nostro avviso, nel complesso la casa non era sufficientemente pulita. Per esempio, gran parte delle stoviglie riposte nei mobili della cucina era sporca e abbiamo dovuto lavarla nuovamente a mano. Al nostro arrivo anche la lavastoviglie era guasta ed è stata riparata solo dopo alcuni giorni.

Eravamo otto persone regolarmente indicate nella prenotazione, ma inizialmente erano stati preparati solo sette posti letto. L’ottavo è stato sistemato dopo la nostra richiesta e in quell’occasione abbiamo visto che il relativo materasso era molto sporco e decisamente sgradevole.

L’indicazione di tre bagni è formalmente corretta, ma secondo noi fuorviante. Il terzo bagno è lontano dalle camere e si trova in un locale di passaggio tra il corridoio della casa e il garage, che ci è sembrato più una lavanderia con doccia e servizi che un vero e proprio bagno. Noi, infatti, non lo abbiamo utilizzato come bagno.

Ad agosto la casa era molto calda; ci sono ventilatori, ma non una climatizzazione adeguata, e anche l’acqua della piscina era molto calda.

Molto problematica anche la situazione del parcheggio. Con il nostro van di circa cinque metri era spesso impossibile uscire dalla proprietà a causa delle auto parcheggiate nella stretta strada di fronte. Anche trovare parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze era difficile, per cui spesso abbiamo dovuto lasciare il veicolo più lontano.

Anche ottenere il permesso di lasciare semplicemente i bagagli nella proprietà alcune ore prima del check-in ha richiesto una lunga discussione via e-mail e diverse richieste."

"Our family of 6 had a really lovely stay. There’s not a lot in Ses Salinnes but it is a lovely peaceful place and you can walk to beautiful fornells or a nearby beach in about twenty minutes. There is also a small shop next door but one for essentials and a lovely restaurant a couple of minutes walk away. So I’d recommend a car to make the most of your stay and enjoy the beautiful island of Menorca.

The villa is great Very spacious and could easily sleep up to 8. The pool is lovely and we spent a lot of time just enjoying the villa and pool as a family.

3Villas are a really capable, responsive and friendly host who are clearly very experienced in their field.

We’d definitely recommend staying here"

Obiekt jest w pełni wyposażony we wszystkie udogodnienia, a przestrzeń została bardzo dobrze zaprojektowana i urządzona – wszystko jest funkcjonalne, estetyczne i sprzyja wypoczynkowi. Dużym atutem jest basen, który wieczorem jest pięknie podświetlany, co tworzy niesamowity klimat.

Przyjechaliśmy w dzień świąteczny, a mimo to obsługa zadbała o nas w wyjątkowy sposób – czekały na nas podstawowe produkty, takie jak mleko, szynka i woda. To bardzo miły gest, dzięki któremu od razu poczuliśmy się zaopiekowani i mile widziani.

Okolica jest niezwykle urokliwa – cisza, spokój i piękne krajobrazy. W pobliżu znajdują się plaże oraz malownicze miasteczko Fornells, gdzie można skorzystać z wielu restauracji i barów. Dodatkowo wspaniałe wybrzeże Minorka jest dosłownie na wyciągnięcie ręki."
