Experience paradise in this 2-bedroom apartment in Son Bou with spectacular sea views. Featuring air conditioning and located in a family-friendly complex with separate adult and children’s pools. Just minutes from the beach, it combines comfort and tranquility for the perfect getaway.

Cot and high chair included; extra sets 5€/night. Towels and bed linen included. Kitchen and bathroom basics not provided.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Son Bou is the longest white sandy beach in the Balearic Islands (2.5 km). It is therefore not surprising that one of the best tourist areas of the island has developed along it. Here you will find everything you need: restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, diving centre, water sports, horse riding and a long etcetera to enjoy your holidays with family or friends.
Only 7 kilometres from Alaior, a charming town in the interior of the island and 18 km from Mahón, the capital of the island. Let yourself be surprised by its large port (6 km), its restaurants, bars, shops and fun evenings on one of its terraces.

"Soggiorno fantastico e ospitalità eccellente.
Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza in questo appartamento. La posizione è davvero strategica, perfetta sia per raggiungere tutti i servizi sia per spostarsi comodi e visitare l'isola.
Un punto di forza è stata sicuramente la gentilezza e la disponibilità dell'host, sempre rapido e presente per ogni necessità. Ho apprezzato moltissimo la cura per la pulizia: a metà soggiorno sono venuti a fare le pulizie e ci hanno fornito il cambio completo di lenzuola e asciugamani, un servizio fantastico!
Per essere del tutto trasparenti per i futuri ospiti, uno dei due bagni è un po' piccolo e la lavastoviglie purtroppo non funzionava (abbiamo lavato i piatti a mano), ma l'host si è attivato subito inviando ben due tecnici per provare a risolverlo; purtroppo per le tempistiche brevi del nostro soggiorno non è stato possibile completare la riparazione, ma l'impegno da parte loro è stato massimo.

"Alojamiento muy agradable, con aire acondicionado, vistas divinas al mar, piscina muy limpia y muy tranquila. Muy bien equipado con lavadora y lavavajillas que por cierto no funcionaba bien y me enviaron de seguida a un tecnico. Hay unas escaleras para bajar a la playa (250 escalones 😜), y se nesesitan 10 minutos para llegar a la playa y un poco mas para volver a subir 😢. Todo esta muy bien organizado (llegada y salida) e incluso tuvimos la limpieza + cambio de sabanas y toallas a mediado de la estancia (11 dias). Son duda, volveremos"

"Had a fantastic stay in the apartment with my wife and 2yo son. Very clean, great pool choice with the bigger and smaller ones available, and beautiful views of the sea from the living room. I would advise getting a car, especially if you have children as the steps to get up and down were very steep (about 200 steps each way). Would absolutely stay again."

"Positive: Die Lage des Apartments und der Ausblick sind ein Traum. Auch die Anlage selbst ist sehr schön gepflegt und angenehm Leise ideal der Ruhe sucht. 😀 Irene und Felix sind sehr freundlich und Hilfbereit. 3Villas ist auch sehr bemüht unsere Erwartungen zu Erfüllen.

Über das Apartment kann man nichts bemängeln, war einfach für uns Top.

Ein Tipp am Rande: immer rechtzeitig zu den Stränden mit dem Aauto fahren sonst hat man keine Chance 😅

"Overall we would book this apartment again in a heart beet.
Positive: The location was great lovely views and quite. The apartment was very clean with the air conditioning left on so it was nice and cool on arrival. The kitchen had all the facilities you need. The walk in shower was a great size. The beds were very comfortable with lovely clean linen and plenty of towels. The outside terrace had a nice table and chairs plus two sun loungers.
Negative: There were no tea mugs only small coffee cups so we bought two in the supermarket and left them for the next holiday makers. It would have been nice to have a freezer block that we could use to take to the beach to keep our drinks cool."

"Wunderbares Apartment
Positive: Das Apartment liegt in einer Ferienanlage mit einem großen einfachen Pool und einem Kinderpool. Es ist sehr einfach zu erreichen, mit einer schönen Terrasse und einem absolut fantastischem Blick aufs Meer.
Der Sandstrand ist Luftlinie ein paar Minuten entfernt, allerdings braucht man hier ein Auto,da es relativ bergig ist. In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, große Supermärkte sind in Mahon. Wir waren in der Nebensaison,da war es sehr ruhig. Aber in Son Bou hatten bereits die Restaurants offen, so hatten wir immer eine große Auswahl. Die Mitarbeiter von 3Villas waren super freundlich und sehr behilflich,es war bestens organisiert.
Der Sandstrand von Son Bou ist einfach toll und sehr einfach zu erreichen."
