Relax with the whole family at this peaceful getaway. This charming 3-bedroom and 2 bathrooms villa features a private garden, pool, and Wifi. Please note: A/C is available in the living room. Located close to local amenities and a sandy beach, it is perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends.

Cot and high chair included; extra sets 5€/night. Towels and bed linen included. Kitchen and bathroom basics not provided.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Cala en Bosc joins the areas of Cap d’Artrutx and Son Xoriguer to offer a wide variety of experiences. It has all the services and amenities: restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, diving centre, water park, pharmacy and, of course, beaches. Perhaps the only thing missing is enough time to enjoy it all.

The Aquarock water park offers the possibility to spend an unforgettable day with family or friends. Water slides, restaurant and go-karting, a day of fun awaits you.

You can take an excursion along the coast to the east. This is a very beautiful stretch of coastline. After about 50 minutes you will arrive at a cove called Cala Parejals, an amazing corner with crystal clear waters. Nearby is the “Cueva de los gorriones”, worth a visit.

Only 8 km from Ciudadela, one of the main cities of the island, where you can enjoy its elegant streets, shops, restaurants and its charming harbour.

Don’t miss the opportunity to fall in love with the sunsets and the view of the island of Mallorca on the horizon.

"Parfait séjour en famille au mois d’août.
Positive: Logement fonctionnel et très bien équipé pour 6 personnes. Extérieur agréable avec la piscine parfaite et les 6 transats.
La villa est un peu excentrée au sud Ouest de l’île mais cela ne nous a pas empêchés d’en faire le tour en une semaine. Nous étions contents de rentrer en fin de journée dans ce lieu paisible. Les animations les plus proches ne sont toutefois qu’à 10 min!

"Die Villa Flor ist hübsch und funktional eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Teilweise sind die Küche und die Badezimmer ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber prinzipiell funktionsfähig.
Die Villa liegt am Rande einer ruhigen Ferienhaussiedlung, nur wenig entfernt von der Straße nach Ciutadella, wo Motorräder lautstark beschleunigen. Besonders Nachts ist das lästig. Eine Klimaanlage gibt’s nur im Wohnzimmer, alle übrigen Räume sind mit Ventilatoren ausgestattet.
Die vermietende Agentur arbeitet prima!"

"Ha estat una estada fantàstica, la ubicació preciosa, molt tranquil amb uns paisatges única. Molt ben ubicat. Amb tot els serveis aprop supermercats , bus i cales amb encant. Totalment recomanable. Els amfitrions atents , hem estat una setmana i ha mitja setmana ens van preguntar si volíem canviar llençols i netejar. Moltes gràcies !"

"We had an amazing stay at the villa. It had everything we needed, apart from a kettle which we enquired about, and one was dropped off that same day. The pool was a decent size, the space was clean, nice and cool inside thanks to multiple fans and air con, lovely outdoor space where we enjoyed many a meal and drink. It was perfect, straight forward and we were very well looked after when we had any queries (e.g early check in, re: kettle). Really really happy with our holiday and would definitely stay again!"

"Hemos pasado una fantástica estancia en Far d’Artrutx, zona tranquila en un entorno precioso de acantilados con vistas espectaculares, cerca de Cala’n Bosc y puerto con variedad de servicios de restauración .
La casa es fiel a la descripción, nos hemos sentido muy cómodos en ella. Han sido unos días de mucho calor, y en las habitaciones (sin AA), hemos tenido que utilizar muy a nuestro pesar los ventiladores de pié durante la noche, ya que los de techo, digamos no cumplían su función correctamente. A pesar de esto, mi valoración es un 5, pero creo deberían mejorar este aspecto.
El contacto con 3Villas ha sido perfecto, han facilitado la información necesaria, y han dado respuesta rápida a nuestras consultas."
