We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Punta Prima is one of the most demanded tourist areas of Menorca. The
proximity of the entire urbanization to the beach, all the facilities and amenities are some of the reasons why many of the visitors choose this area to enjoy an incredible vacation. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bicycle rental, kayaking, paddle surfing, everything you need to enjoy the summer.
15 kilometers away from the airport and Mahón, the main city of the island, where you can stroll through its magnificent harbor, eat in its restaurants or enjoy a magnificent evening in one of its terraces.
As a very different experience, you can visit the Binifadet wineries that are are in the village of Sant Luis, only 6 kilometres from Punta Prima. As a curiosity, try their wine sweets.

"We had a fabulous stay at Villa Pepponi, the pool is shaded from early afternoon which was perfect for our small children, however there is still a great sunny spot for sunbathing throughout the day.

There is an abundance of crockery, cutlery and cooking ware which you don’t often find in airbnbs, so that was a welcomed addition.

A small starter pack was left for us too which was a nice touch.

Angela was very responsive and friendly giving us confidence that any issues would be resolved quickly.

Do not hesitate to book, this Villa is a gem!!

You must go to La Calita down the road for food or drinks - the staff are so friendly, we took our two small children and they were very welcoming. Great to be walking distance to this restaurant / bar and the park for afterwards!

"Villa is just as described in the pictures. Lluis and his team were very easy to reach and helped out when we needed them to.

The furniture is a little wore down and overall the villa could use some renovations but that didn't impact our stay at all."

"We had a wonderful holiday , 7 of us including an 11 month old. They erected a pool guard which gave us all peace of mind with a crawling baby . The villa is spacious and had everything we needed for our week stay and we loved it so much that we are hoping to return next year !"

"Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est parfaite. Toutes les chambres sont magnifiques, le salon de bonne taille également et l'extérieur ou nous avons passé la majorité de notre séjour magnifique. Nous avons aussi profité de la piscine qui est sans aucun doute une plus-value dans les périodes chaudes de l'année. Nous ne pouvons que recommander vivement cette très belle villa qui nous a comblé. "Un super voyage en famille ! Nous étions avec nos deux enfants et nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à la villa Peponni. La maison est très spacieuse avec une très belle terrasse. Aucun vis-à-vis. Elle est aussi très bien équipée. Concernant la localisation, les plages de sable de Punta Prima et Binibiquer sont à 5 minutes en voiture. Nous n’hésiterons pas à la relouer pour nos prochains voyages à Minorque!"
