Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This charming 2-bedroom apartment in Menorca offers serene island living with bright, airy interiors and a balcony boasting scenic views. Conveniently located near beaches and local amenities, it is perfect for a relaxing escape.

Cot and high chair included; extra sets 5€/night. Towels and bed linen included. Kitchen and bathroom basics not provided.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

The port of Addaia is a quiet residential area that has been established along a natural harbour and has all the necessary services for your holidays: restaurants, supermarket, public transport, etc. Very close to the beach of Arenal d’en Castell, one of the biggest beaches of the island with a circular shape, where you can also find a lot of entertainment and services.

"Bel appartement, confortable et agréable à vivre, dans lequel on se sent rapidement comme chez soi. Il est très bien équipé et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Le quartier est calme et l’accès à la piscine est simple et pratique, à toute heure. Une adresse que nous recommandons volontiers !"

"Positive: Nice apartment, comfortable and airy. The management company was excellent. The pool was very nice.
Negative: The ground floor apartment directly underneath Tina's apartment is lived in and people were coming and going at all hours. Smoking, which drifts up into the bedroom above. This mix between holiday lets and residents day to day living doesn't work well IMO"

"Si quieres pasar calor, no lo dudes, este es tu apartamento
Positive: El apartamento era amplio y cómodo, con una terraza muy agradable. La cocina estaba bien equipada para poder cocinar. También hay lavadora. El baño correcto, pero un poco anticuado. La zona muy tranquila, si no te tocan unos vecinos mal educados
Negative: Una de las camas individuales se deberia cambiar el colchón, estaba en mal estado, se notaban todos los muelles.
A destacar: NO HAY AIRE ACONDICIONADO y esto es realmente un gran inconveniente en verano. A pesar de los ventiladores de techo la temperatura interior puede llegar a superar los 30 grados, pues da el sol todo el dia. Con los precios que cobran podrian hacer una pequeña inversión y el consumo creo que ya se paga de sobra. Una lástima, pues a pesar de que el apartamento está muy bien y en una buena zona, no volveria en verano."

Positive: Piscine, localisation et facilité du check in check out.
Negative: Propreté : draps et serivettes tachées. Appartement un peu viellot et mériterait un petit raffraichissement (notamment reboucher les trous des anciennes vis).

Voisin : les propriétaire du dessous sont très bruyant et vivent notamment dans la cours donnant sur la chambre
