Completely refurbished in 2025! These 2-bedroom villas in Son Bou are perfect for a relaxing holiday. Each features full A/C, a private garden for sunbathing, and an exclusive private swimming pool. Please note: Villas are allocated according to availability on the day of arrival.

Cot and high chair included; extra sets 5€/night. Towels and bed linen included. Kitchen and bathroom basics not provided.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Son Bou is the longest white sand beach in the Balearic Islands (2.5 Km). Therefore, it is not surprising that along it has been developed one of the best tourist areas of the island. You will find everything you need: restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, diving center, water sports, horse riding and a long etcetera to enjoy your holidays with family or friends.
Just 7 kilometers from Alaior, a charming town in the interior of the island and 18 km from Mahón, the capital of the island. Let yourself be surprised by its large port (6 km), its restaurants, bars, shops and fun evenings on one of its terraces.

"Property was dirty, several ants and dead bugs in all rooms. Villa backs up to a parking lot, not pictured in listing. Would have been better off booking a hotel."

"Excellent facilities and flawless check in process.If you travel with a young child (who cannot swim) the pool is open, which wasn’t an issue but is good to know!It’s a steep walk to restaurants and shops, nowhere delivers food or shopping so plan ahead."

"A large, comfortable house, exactly as shown in the photos. The outdoor pool and barbecue are perfect for enjoying time outside, and the air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms is much appreciated in summer. It has everything you need, including a washing machine and a dishwasher. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, ideal for relaxing.

Highly recommended. We'd love to come back!"

"Very disappointed with how we were treated bearing in mind the cost and double booking us. Inaccurate and incomplete information, double booked our villa (response eventually was 'oops'.) Hardly appropriate when they double booked us, changed address but incomplete address, couldn't find in dark, changed details to put in different villa number and act like it was our mistake but we took screenshot of incomplete address. Didn't fix all problems including protruding lock on patio doors that we kept catching our arms on leaving scratches and marks, cooker extraction not working. Only response was a cake and a later check out which we couldn't use as early flight back. It was a horrible start to a much needed holiday after the death of my mother whom I'd cared for for 15 years. Can't see how this is a Superhost."
