We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

The port of Addaia is a quiet residential area that has been established along a natural harbour and has all the necessary services for your holidays: restaurants, supermarket, public transport, etc. Very close to the beach of Arenal d’en Castell, one of the biggest beaches of the island with a circular shape, where you can also find a lot of entertainment and services.

"Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans cette maison proche du petit port. : je recommande.
Positive: Très bon emplacement au calme. La maison est très grande et bien équipée. Professionnel à l écoute et réactif.
Negative: Il a manqué quelques indispensables : sacs poubelle en cuisine et un peu de liquide vaisselle par exemple."

"La casa es muy bonita y muy cómoda, todas las habitaciones con lavabo y aire acondicionado.

A mejorar las utensilios de la cocina, faltaban bandejas para servir la comida, sólo dos copas de vino y éramos 8 adultos, pocas ollas para cocinar, a pesar de eso estuvimos muy bien."

Positive: La piscine, la propreté, l'espace, la cuisine ouverte, la situation juste à côté du port. Chaque chambre également a ses toilettes et salle de bain, c'est super pratique et confort lorsqu'on est à plusieurs familles.
Negative: Il manque peut-être juste une autre table à l'extérieur car nous avons dû la déplacer en fonction du soleil la matin ou le soir."

"We found our stay here a bit disappointing on the whole. Whilst the house is big and ideal for 2 families, there were a number of things which let it down. Firstly, there are 2 cameras INSIDE the property. This was never mentioned in the listing and we believe it is against Airbnb policy. We had to buy washing up liquid (none provided), hand wash (none provided), toilet rolls (there was 1/bathroom), bin bags (there was 2 for a very small bin). Considering the price we paid, we expected ample of everything to be available for our 9 night stay. We also noticed there was lots of old mosquitoes squashed on the walls and ceiling which was quite disgusting. The downstairs en suite had mould in the shower. The pool and bbq areas were great but the edge of the pool is in decay and needs repairing. All in all, we would not stay here again but hope the owners improve on these points, especially starting by removing the internal cameras."

"Casa Stupenda, ottima per tante persone. Ogni camera ha il suo bagno più uno al piano terra. Piscina molto carina con doccia all’ esterno. Situata in una zona molto tranquilla, quartiere di sole villette vacanza. Spiagge anche nella zona.
Abbiamo avuto solo un problema con la cucina, ma lo staff è sempre stato molto disponibile venendoci in contro, mandando l’ impresa di pulizie e applicando un piccolo sconto sul prezzo. Casa assolutamente consigliata."
