We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Binibeca is the perfect destination in every way. Although it’s a tourist area, it’s also quiet and peaceful. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, you’ll find everything you need to enjoy a wonderful break. There are restaurants, bars, a supermarket, a diving centre, and places to hire kayaks, paddleboards and bicycles. You can visit the charming fishing village to take some lovely photographs. For a very different experience, you can visit the Binifadet winery in the village of Sant Luis, just 5 kilometres from Binibeca. If you’re feeling curious, don’t miss out on trying their wine gums. Just 9 kilometres from the airport and 10 kilometres from Mahón, the island’s main town, where you can stroll along its magnificent harbour, dine in one of its restaurants, go shopping or enjoy lively evenings on one of its terraces.

"Positive: Die ruhige und private Lage, mit schönem Ausblick. Die vollständige und gepflegte Ausstattung, welche keine Wünsche übrig lässt. Der stets erreichbare und sehr bemühte Support. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl.
Negative: Der Pool ist klasse, aber trotz geeigneter Temperaturen sehr kalt. Bei längerem Regen hält sich unvermeidbar etwas Feuchtigkeit in der Wohnung."

"Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub in der Sa Lluna Villa
Positive: Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in diesem schönen und komfortablen Haus. Alles war makellos sauber, die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Es gab einen Auto Stellplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück. Der hübsche Garten und der große Pool waren für uns als Familie ideal. Es wurde an alles gedacht- Genug Handtücher und Badutensilien, selbst ein süsses Gastgeschenk gab es was uns sehr gefreut hat.
Das Team von <3villas ist unglaublich- So herzliche und nette Menschen, die jederzeit bei Fragen für uns da waren und sich regelmäßig nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt haben. Meine Familie und ich sind begeistert und werden definitiv wiederkommen.

"Positive: Wir haben eine wundervolle Zeit in der Villa Sa Lluna verbracht. Diese schöne Villa hat Flair und ist super gut eingerichtet. Besonders die Ausrichtung für Familien hat uns gefallen, vom Hochstuhl über Babybett bis absturzsichere Brüstung und Stabmixer zum pürieren. Auch den Grill haben wir mehrfach genutzt. Man merkt, mit wie viel Herz das Haus eingerichtet wurde.

Der Service von 3villas nach Buchung und während des Aufenthalts war ausgezeichnet. Alles Fehlende wurde sofort besorgt durch unsere super freundliche Managerin Amanda - sogar ein neues Töpfchen fürs Baby! Regelmäßige Reinigung des Hauses und Pools während unseres langen Aufenthalts. Die Lage der Villa ist ideal - schnell mit dem Auto nach St Lluis, zu Fuß über einen Fußweg in 10 Minuten am Strand oder am Supermarkt. Durch die Sackgasse und hohe Hecken ist man völlig privat und sichtgeschützt und doch schnell vor Ort unterwegs."
