Apartment close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Located in Arenal d’en Castell, just 300 meters from the beach. Features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and a terrace with stunning sea views. Guests enjoy access to a communal swimming pool and a paddling pool for children. Perfect location with all local amenities at hand. Cot and high chair included; extra sets 5€/night. Towels and bed linen included. Kitchen and bathroom basics not provided.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Arenal d’en Castell is a perfect area to enjoy holidays with family or friends as it has all the facilities and services, restaurants, supermarkets, pubs, water sports, entertainment for children and a beautiful long beach where you can take quiet walks along its fine sand.
Situated only 15 minutes drive from the Son Park golf course and the same distance from the bay of Fornells where you can enjoy one of its famous “lobster stews”.
Mahon, the main town of the island, is only 20 kilometres away. Restaurants, shops, strolls around its magnificent harbour and pleasant evenings on its terraces make it an indispensable visit of your holiday.

"The villa was spotless on arrival. It definitely was smaller than we expected . Lovely Quiet area generally with views of the bay in the distance with a short walk down to the lovely beach. Plenty of choices for restaurants serving delicious fish, seafood and meat options. Supermarkets close by for supplies.
Bathroom was compact, a bit tight even as the door opens onto the toilet . Bath mat was too small , toilet seat needed tightening as the seat moved sideways as you sat on it. Front door from the inside was difficult to open given the lock being positioned so close to the handle. No english TV options only spanish , no Netflix/Disney/iPlayer options. Paperbacks to read were only in Spanish. Our kettle didn’t work properly but Carmen very quickly provided us with a new one! She also brought an iron & board which we needed , one seldom travels with your own iron so it was very helpful to have used the resort’s one. A lovely size pool clean with sun lounges and small table"

"Purtroppo la mia recensione non può essere positiva poiché per tutta la durata del mio soggiorno ho avuto degli operai che effettuavano lavori di ristrutturazione edilizia nel resort e in particolar modo all'esterno del mio alloggio, gli orari erano assurdi (iniziavano alle 7 AM e finivano alle 3 PM e quando facevano la pausa pranzo la facevano proprio sotto la finestra della nostra camera da letto) e avendo con noi la nostra bambina di 10 mesi, che la mattina e dopo pranzo dorme, la vacanza è stata davvero un disastro. Oltre questo la dotazione dell'alloggio era davvero troppo scarna e tutto il resort era molto trascurato, apparendo quasi abbandonato (infatti lo stavano ristrutturando).
Il voto non è il minimo poiché l'appartamento aveva una bella vista da un terrazzo molto grande e perché l'alloggio era ben pulito, anche le pulizie di metà soggiorno sono state perfette.
Il voto è solo 3 * perché segnalato il disagio del rumore dei lavori mi aspettavo come minimo un rimborso parziale"
