Unwind at this unique and tranquil getaway. Features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a living room with an open kitchen and air conditioning. Wake up to sea views in the master bedroom. The seafront porch is perfect for your morning coffee or sunset dinners. Just 700 meters from the beach and close to amenities. Cot and high chair included; extra sets 5€/night. Towels and bed linen included. Kitchen and bathroom basics not provided.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Binibeca is the perfect destination in every way. Although it’s a tourist area, it’s also quiet and peaceful. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, you’ll find everything you need to enjoy a wonderful break. There are restaurants, bars, a supermarket, a diving centre, and places to hire kayaks, paddleboards and bicycles. You can visit the charming fishing village to take some lovely photographs. For a very different experience, you can visit the Binifadet winery in the village of Sant Luis, just 5 kilometres from Binibeca. If you’re feeling curious, don’t miss out on trying their wine gums. Just 9 kilometres from the airport and 10 kilometres from Mahón, the island’s main town, where you can stroll along its magnificent harbour, dine in one of its restaurants, go shopping or enjoy lively evenings on one of its terraces.

"This place is absolutely wonderful! Unbeatable location, waterfront with the most incredible sunrises and sunsets, gorgeous walks and many places to eat and drink within walking distance. "Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille (2 adultes, 2 enfants) dans cette maison à la vue exceptionnelle, bien située, au calme mais avec commerces, criques et restaurants à proximité.
Ce n'est pas grand, mais très fonctionnel et parfait pour une famille de 4. La maison est très bien équipée, et les services au top (lessive, affaires de plages à disposition).
La communication avec 3villas a été parfaite.

"Lovely semi-detached house which is on row 0 from the beach. 3x a/c units (2 in bedrooms and one in a livingroom). A quite noisy twin bed and shower is mainly for short visits. The view is awsome. Exelent for three persons."

"One of the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at in terms of privacy, peacefulness, location etc…
It’s not big but super functional, we’ve spent most of our time on the terrace and inside the beautiful water, accessible in literally 5 mins! The cove there is beautiful and we’ve loved trying several restaurants in the evening, all within walking distance. There’s also a gorgeous sandy beach less than 10 mins away."

"We had an amazing stay here! The view and privacy was unbeatable. It was within walking distance to a great beach, restaurants, and a small grocery store. Driving to other parts of the island was easy. The house was very well equipped with things to cook, do laundry, and things for the beach. The hosts were very responsive. I highly recommend!"

"We chose the villa for a very last minute, short trip to Menorca and were so glad we did. Just a short journey from the airport, everything was clean, and as described, on arrival. The directions were good and the self check in easy. The welcome pack was a lovely touch too, thank you!

We very much enjoyed the privacy of the villa and front line sea views for our peaceful retreat.

There is a stunning bay nearby alongside restaurants, a supermarket and an excellent bakery - with no neon or a flashing light in sight.

Being able to hear the happy chatter of folk enjoying themselves is a lovely thing indeed, as is waking up to the sound of the sea.
