Located directly at the beach of Punta Prima, this one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen is the perfect base for a relaxing holiday in the sun. It features a sofa bed in the living room. Only 20 meters from the beach and within walking distance of all local amenities. Cot and high chair included; extra sets 5€/night. Towels and bed linen included. Kitchen and bathroom basics not provided.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Punta Prima is one of the most demanded tourist areas of Menorca. The proximity of the entire urbanization to the beach, all the facilities and amenities are some of the reasons why many of the visitors choose this area to enjoy an incredible vacation. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bicycle rental, kayaking, paddle surfing, everything you need to enjoy the summer.
Also, just one kilometer away, the Splash Sur Menorca water park, so you can enjoy a fun day with family or friends.
15 kilometers away from the airport and Mahón, the main city of the island, where you can stroll through its magnificent harbor, eat in its restaurants or enjoy a magnificent evening in one of its terraces.

"Positive: Appartement très bien situé à proximité de la plage avec une grande facilité pour se garer. Très bien équipé au niveau cuisine , grande terrasse mais, pour les 3 lits, ne donne malheureusement pas sur la mer. Très grande écoute de la part de la personne responsable de notre séjour, particulièrement serviable. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de cet appartement."

"Positive: Sanaa war sehr hilfsbereit und professionell in allen Belangen...eine tolle Gastgeberin!... etwaige Mängel Appartement 10 betreffend kann ich nicht bestätigen...wir haben darin gewohnt...top sauber und schon gar kein Schimmel!...ein kleines Beispiel für die Arbeit des Teams : über Nacht war die Hauswassertechnicht komplett ausgefallen...mir hat das einen schönen Strandtag nebenan beschert...und die Monteure haben in Rekordzeit alles komplett erneuert, inklusive der Pumpen etc. ...besser kann man höherer Gewalt nicht Paroli bieten...danke für Alles"

"Incredible location, literally sitting behind the beach. Very short walk to supermarkets and restaurants and a large free car park across the road.

It was a little bit rundown and dated but fine, and the aircon was great. The terrace was nice but had a generator or air-conditioning units going in the background.

The staff at 3Villas were very helpful when we had plumbing issues, especially Sandra who was lovely."

"Super apartment (faultless) with all facilities needed for a holiday in great location ... 39 steps along boardwalk from gate to gorgeous beach. Our room faced the (quiet) road rather than the beach but not an issue.
Hosts very quick to respond and helpful information provided. A technical problem caused some inconvenience but it was quickly resolved and doesn't influence this review.
Punta Prima is a lovely beach and we enjoyed coastal walks to Alcafur, Cala Biniancolla, Binibeca Nou (our favourite) and Binibeqeur Vell. Buses cheap and convenient way to travel to other towns.
Punta Prima restaurants are ordinary all serving pretty much the same standard dishes; best for us Casa Fermin where service was far better than others. Aire Restaurant next door to apartments was a pleasant place to listen to (gentle) music last thing at night.
Don't think we'd return to Punta Prima but for those who do like it then we'd recommend these apartments very highly"

"Logement très bien équipé ! Grand parking gratuit juste à côté, à deux pas de la plage, petit cadeau de bienvenue : jambon et bouteille d’eau , de lait et gressins👌

"Jól éreztük magunkat összességében
Positive: Nagyon jó helyen van és nagyon jól felszerelt! Tisztaság volt és a tájékoztatás is korrekt volt.
Negative: Nem tetszett, hogy egy 5 éves gyerekkel jelentkeztünk be és nem volt pótágy. A kanapé se volt ágyazva, vagy ágynemű bekészítve +1 főnek. A törülköző az rendben volt.
Így osztozkodtunk a franciaágyon , ami miatt nem nagyon tudtunk aludni."
