The upgraded terrace offers a fantastic outdoor space to unwind. Ideally located close to all essential services, perfect for families or friends.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Binibeca is the perfect destination in every way. Although it’s a tourist area, it’s also quiet and peaceful. Ideal for holidays with family or friends, you’ll find everything you need to enjoy a wonderful break. There are restaurants, bars, a supermarket, a diving centre, and places to hire kayaks, paddleboards and bicycles. You can visit the charming fishing village to take some lovely photographs. For a very different experience, you can visit the Binifadet winery in the village of Sant Luis, just 5 kilometres from Binibeca. If you’re feeling curious, don’t miss out on trying their wine gums. Just 9 kilometres from the airport and 10 kilometres from Mahón, the island’s main town, where you can stroll along its magnificent harbour, dine in one of its restaurants, go shopping or enjoy lively evenings on one of its terraces.

"A very enjoyable stay in the villa. Location is great, close to the join between Binibequer Vell & Binibequer Nou. Though not far from the airport, it was very quiet. The villa was spacious, clean and well maintained, with air conditioning and well equipped kitchen. The only drawback with a 17 m Grandson was the 1m drop off the patio and the unguarded deep swimming pool. So care needed if you have you have young kids. A 10 min walk into the village with numerous bars & restaurants, though tbh we preferred those in Nou, a 15-20 minute walk if you don’t wish to taxi. Don’t want to go far? There are two restaurants literally around the corner. Paseo60, we didn’t try and Delaneys which was very good. If you need a shop there is a large supermarket halfway into the village or again just around the corner. The sandy beach is really nice, a 10 min walk towards Nou, with a path down from the lay-by through a woody glade. There are sunbeds (23 € which fill quickly) and a nice cafe restaurant."

"Unfortunately our stay was disappointing due to the weathered appearance of the property (broken door handle, broken light etc) and produce being left in cupboards from previous stays which caused a severe ant problem"

"La maison était totalement conforme à l’annonce et parfaitement agencée. Les quatre chambres sont climatisées, ce qui était vraiment appréciable compte tenu des températures.

La piscine est très agréable, et la magnifique terrasse récemment rénovée offre une superbe vue sur la mer ainsi qu’un splendide coucher de soleil, un vrai plaisir en fin de journée.

La place de parking privée est un vrai plus. Un petit supermarché ainsi que trois restaurants se trouvent à proximité, ce qui est très pratique. La plage principale est accessible en environ 700 mètres à pied ou en moins de deux minutes en voiture.

La villa est parfaitement adaptée aux familles avec enfants. La cuisine est très fonctionnelle et dispose de tout le nécessaire : réfrigérateur, congélateur, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle et machine à laver.

En résumé, tout était parfait. L’agente a été très réactive au moindre besoin et très flexible en nous permettant une arrivée anticipée. Un grand merci encore."

"Binichic was a perfect home for our little family (two kids, 9 and 5) during our holiday in Menorca. The house and garden were exactly the right size, and its location is wonderful: a five-minute walk from the stunning fishermen village of Binibiquer Vell and a few steps away from Bambu, a fab restaurant. We miss our home in Menorca already, and would come back without a doubt!"
