A few minutes walk from the beach and with spectacular sea views, this modern villa with minimalist design has two pools, an exterior one with integrated Jacuzzi and a heated interior one.

The outdoor area is fully equipped to enjoy life in the open air, including a built-in barbecue.

At the beach you can practice diving, snorkeling, pedal boats or windsurfing.

The impressive sea views from the bed itself, the quality and modernity of the house, and the luxury of having a heated pool to enjoy at any time of the year, make this villa a magnificent choice whatever season is chosen to visit Menorca. Underfloor heating and ducted air conditioning guarantee perfect comfort in any season.

There is a supermarket, a restaurant-pizzeria, a bakery and a Doctor just 1 minute walk away, the rest of pubs, restaurants and pharmacy are 5 minutes away on the way to the beach.

The main floor of this villa consists of a splendid independent kitchen, a spacious living-dining room and a spectacular terrace overlooking the pool and the sea. Also two double bedrooms with their respective built-in wardrobes, as well as a full bathroom.

On the first floor there is a spacious master suite with its full bathroom, with bathtub and shower, another spectacular terrace for chilling out, reading or dining and another room with two beds and a full bathroom.

On the lower floor, there is a gym and a games room, as well as a fully fitted bathroom and a stunning indoor swimming pool with a jacuzzi.

Keyholding service with personalized welcome and Welcome Pack or keys in Key Box and Welcome Pack according to guests’ preference.

Son Bou, with its 2 km beach of fine white sand is the longest in Menorca. It combines family tourism with areas of special natural protection, so the beach towards the West is virgin, not being urbanized, while to the East, it has all the beach bars and services of a tourist beach. Son Bou is one of the best tourist resorts on the island, with restaurants, pubs, doctor, pharmacy and supermarkets.

The car can be parked inside the plot itself, also on the street parking is free and always available. There is a bus that connects Son Bou with the rest of the towns on the island.

"The villa was beautiful..amazing.. we were a family of 8 and it worked fantastic. Pool lovely The space was amazing too , we all had little areas to spend together and to spend on our own. We had a few little issues but we had 2 fantastic villa managers that went above and beyond to help Félix on our first 2 days,then Irene who looked after us for the rest of the holiday nothing was too much trouble.Rooms all lovely ..
Over all we cannot wait to BOOK AGAIN so private and the area son bou is Fabulous.Resturant right beside villa not open, but supermarket a 2 min walk , bakery tabaco shop, and medical center. Beach 2 min drive or 15 min roughly walk. Shops and restaurants about 10
Mins walk .."

"We stayed as a group of 8 and the villa was absolutely perfect. Everything was walkable but the villa still felt private. The pool was perfect with lots of seating around it, including areas in the shade. Responsive hosts who were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay again."

Positive: Ideal space for young children. Loved the indoor pool. Great location for cafes, restaurants, shops, and beach. Most facilities at the villa were fabulous.
Negative: Some bits of the villa are a bit tired. No stair gates available. Lock on door to indoor pool not working."

"We had an amazing stay at Villa Orquedia, with the villa spotlessly clean and very very spacious! We loved having access to both an indoor and outdoor pool - the indoor pool was especially a bonus. The villa was located about a 5 minute walk from Son Bou centre, which was starting to open up whilst we were there (24th April - 1st May) - I would say 70% of shops/bars/restaurants were open. The beach was stunning, and was walkable from the villa (about 5-10 mins walk). I would definitely revisit!"

La vue de la terrasse est splendide (vue mer), On y est super bien !
Les piscines (exterieur/interieur) étaient top !
Le lieu est paisible, calme et à proximité de toutes commodités et surtout à 2 pas de la plage.
On a passé un très bon sejour en famille et nous avons pu apprecier toutes les randonnées à explorer des paysages incroyables.

"We had a great time in the villa. Felix was super helpful and responsive to all our questions. When we arrived, the pool heating was broken but it was immediately repaired after reporting. The house and especially the kitchen is equipped very well for 10 people. We highly recommend the house, also for large groups."
